8th Grade Advisory Holds Glove Drive

On January 10, 8th grade students at GRMS learned about homelessness and financial insecurity at the first Advisory session of the month. After engaging in activities to learn more about this global issue and how it affects physical and mental well-being, students participated in a call-to-action on January 30 at the second session of the month to support Family Promise of Bergen County. Students and their families donated 130 pairs of new gloves and $440 in monetary donations, which was used to purchase ShopRite gift cards for local families in need.
