At the May 19 Board of Education meeting, Ms. Michelle Della Fortuna, Supervisor of K-12 Mathematics, proudly recognized the Glen Rock High School Bergen County Math League team. She introduced Ms. Megan Nordman, the team’s dedicated advisor, who applauded this year’s group of 20 impressive students.
Nearly 600 students participated in the Bergen County Math League (BCML) this year, with awards presented at the county, group, and school levels. A huge congratulations to:
Matthew Park ’25 – Second Place in Group 2 (his second consecutive win!)
Yeji Kim ’25 – Second Place in the entire county, scoring 28 out of 30 points! This marks her third time as a BCML county winner!
Ms. Nordman shared her gratitude by saying, “Thank you to both of these students for their hard work, commitment to the team, consistent attendance, and amazing progress. I am sorry to lose them as graduating seniors.”
