All Six GR Schools Rank Among NJ's Top in U.S. News & World Report
Excellence truly defines Glen Rock Public Schools, with all six district schools earning top placements in the U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 rankings of New Jersey’s best. Every school in the district ranked within the top 12% statewide, an extraordinary reflection of Glen Rock’s commitment to academic achievement and student success.
Among the district’s four elementary schools, Alexander Hamilton Elementary ranked an outstanding #8 and Richard E. Byrd Elementary ranked #42, placing both within the top 2% of 2,339 elementary schools across the state. Clara E. Coleman Elementary followed at #101 (top 5%) and Central Elementary at #147 (top 7%). Glen Rock Middle School earned the impressive #41 spot out of 1,436 schools (top 3%), and Glen Rock High School placed #48 out of 427 high schools (top 12%) in New Jersey.
